Hello, I am a second-year master's student in Biological Anthropology at the University of Bordeaux, currently doing an internship.
For this internship, I am working on a tool from Papua New Guinea, made from a turtle bone, and I have to determine its function through analysis and the bibliography.
By making zoomed photos with a binocular magnifier at the PACEA laboratory, I was able to see kinds of phytoliths I think, without being really sure yet, and I am trying to contact a specialist to help me determine if it is phytoliths and finally know plants do which they belong?
